Get Assistant

For real estate agencies

Buyers call from the curb, and they call once

A sign call is worth answering in seconds — the caller is standing outside the property. Get Assistant answers while your agents are mid-showing, takes the address they are looking at, their timing and whether they are working with a lender, then logs a showing request.

  • Answers calls 24/7
  • Captures buyer timeline
  • Showing requests logged

Why it matters

What the phone costs real estate agencies

Sign calls expire in minutes

Someone parked outside a listing will dial the next agency before a voicemail greeting finishes. Being reachable decides who gets the appointment.

Agents cannot answer mid-showing

You cannot walk a family through a kitchen and take a new inquiry at the same time. The call gets answered anyway, with the notes waiting afterwards.

Leads arrive without context

A missed call leaves a number. A captured call leaves the property, the timeline, the financing status and what the caller actually asked.

Common calls

The calls it handles

Each is answered from the business knowledge you configure and lands as a call record, with a message or an appointment request alongside it.

Sign and listing inquiries
The address or MLS number they are calling about, and what they want to know about it.
Showing requests
Days and times that work for the caller, logged as a request for the agent to confirm.
Seller and valuation inquiries
Property address, reason for moving and timeline, captured as a message for your listing agent.
Rental and application questions
Move-in timing, occupants and pets, answered from the criteria you configure where possible.
Calls for a specific agent
The caller, the property and what they need are captured; a warm transfer to the agent can be attempted when you've set it up.
Vendor, title and closing coordination
Logged with the file reference so your transaction coordinator can pick it up.

A realistic call

How a call actually goes

Saturday, 11:15am. A buyer parked outside a listing.

  1. ReceptionistThanks for calling. Which property are you calling on?
  2. CallerThe one on Alder Court with the blue door — I'm parked outside it now.
  3. ReceptionistGot it. What would you like to know about it?
  4. CallerIs it still available, and could I see inside today?
  5. ReceptionistIt's still listed. I can log a showing request and an agent will call you back to confirm a time.
  6. CallerGreat — this afternoon if possible.
  7. ReceptionistNoted. Are you working with a lender already, or still looking into that?
  8. CallerWe're pre-approved.
  9. ReceptionistThat's on the record. An agent will call you shortly about the viewing.

What gets captured

What ends up in your dashboard

  • Caller name and the number to call them back on
  • The property address or MLS number they asked about
  • Buying, selling or renting, and the timeline they gave
  • Whether they are pre-approved or working with a lender, when they say so
  • Whether they are already working with an agent
  • The showing window they asked for, logged as a request

How it works

Evenings, weekends and overflow

Weekends and evenings are when buyers drive neighborhoods and browse listings, and when agencies are least likely to pick up. Forward your line at those times, or only when nobody answers. Callers get a real conversation and a logged showing request, and your agents open Monday to leads that already carry a property, a timeline and a callback number.

Two ways to forward

Forward every call, or use conditional forwarding from your carrier so only unanswered and after-hours calls reach your Get Assistant number.

Limitations

What it will not do

These limits are deliberate, and they are the same on every call.

  • It does not confirm showings or hold a time. Requests wait for an agent to confirm.
  • On every plan, if you've set up call transfer, your receptionist can ask the caller and then attempt a warm transfer to an agent during the hours you choose. If nobody picks up, it takes a message and a callback number instead.
  • It does not negotiate, discuss offers, or advise on price or contracts.
  • It does not screen applicants or make any decision about who can rent or buy — fair housing judgments stay with your licensed team.
  • It is not an emergency line. Anything involving safety at a property belongs with 911.

Records include contact details, the financial readiness a caller volunteers and the properties they are interested in, so keep dashboard access to licensed staff. Calls are recorded and transcribed by default, and your greeting should carry your state's disclosure. Privacy Policy and Terms.

FAQs

Real estate agencies questions

Setup, billing and security are covered in the general FAQs.

Will it qualify buyers?
It captures timeline, financing status and whether someone is already working with an agent, exactly as the caller states them. It does not score or screen anyone.
Can it schedule a showing?
It logs the window the caller asked for and emails your agent. The agent confirms the time, so nothing appears on a calendar unseen.
Does it know our listings?
It answers from the property information you configure. Details you have not loaded are captured as a question for your agent to answer on the callback.
What about fair housing?
It asks only the questions you configure and records the answers verbatim. Every judgment about an applicant or buyer stays with your licensed team.

Answer the sign call while it still matters
