Is there a web version or browser dashboard?

No. Get Assistant is built for iPhone and the app is the only place you sign in and manage your business line. This website exists to explain the product and send you to the App Store.

How does setup work?

The app walks you through a short setup: your business name and website, your hours, the services you offer, common questions customers ask, and how calls should be handled. That becomes your receptionist's script, and it can answer calls as soon as your number is live.

Your hours by day, a list of services with rough pricing language, five to ten questions customers ask most, and clear rules for how calls should be handled. The more specific those rules are, the better your receptionist performs.

Yes. You choose the languages your business actually serves from 30 supported languages — English is always on — and your receptionist detects which one a caller is speaking and answers in it for the rest of the call.

Can it put a caller through to me?

Yes. If you've set up call transfer, your receptionist takes the caller's name, number and reason, asks whether they'd like to be connected now, and attempts a warm transfer to the destination you configured. If nobody picks up or transfers are off, it takes a message instead so someone can call back.

Luna is the AI business assistant built into the app. She sits alongside your calls, texts, contacts and appointments, so you can ask about your business in plain language.

Are calls transcribed?

Yes. Calls handled by your assistant are transcribed so you can read them instead of replaying voicemail. You control transcript and recording settings in the app, and callers are notified where required by law.

Within moments of the call ending, a record appears in the app: caller details, duration, outcome, a written summary and — where enabled — a transcript. Any message the caller left is created at the same time.

Call records, transcripts, messages, contacts and documents stay available in the app until you delete them or delete your account. Our Privacy Policy sets out retention in detail.

How do I delete my account?

In the iPhone app, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Deleting your account removes your business data and releases the connected telephony resources, subject to any legally required retention.
