Get Assistant is an iPhone app, available on the Apple App Store. Everything — your business number, calling, texting, the AI receptionist, Luna, appointments, contacts and eFax — happens inside the app.
Is there a web version?
No. Get Assistant is built for iPhone, and the app is the only place you sign in and manage your business line. This website exists to explain the product and send you to the App Store.
Do I need to change my existing business number?
No. You can use the number Get Assistant gives you as your main business line, or keep the number your customers already know and let Get Assistant answer for it.
What does the AI receptionist actually do?
It answers in your business's voice, understands what the caller wants, answers common questions from what you told it, captures appointment requests and takes messages — then writes it all up for you.
Who is Luna?
Luna is the AI business assistant built into the app. She can summarise calls, draft replies, find a contact, and give you a quick read on what happened while you were working.
Are calls transcribed?
Yes. Calls handled by your assistant are transcribed so you can read them later. You control transcript and recording settings inside the app, and callers are notified where required.
Can I send faxes?
Yes — outbound eFax is included. Choose a document on your phone, enter the fax number and send it.
