Get Assistant

For med spas and aesthetic clinics

Your provider is in a treatment room, not at the desk

Aesthetic inquiries are high-intent and impatient — most callers try two or three clinics in an afternoon. Get Assistant answers yours 24/7, gives service and pricing answers from what you configured, and logs consultation requests for your coordinator to confirm.

  • Answers calls 24/7

Why it matters

What the phone costs med spas

High-intent callers do not leave voicemails

Someone pricing injectables on a Friday evening dials the next clinic rather than waiting for Monday. Picking up is most of the win.

The same eight questions, all day

Pricing, downtime, parking, deposits, who performs the treatment. Configure the answers once and callers hear them consistently.

Coordinators lose evenings to phone tag

Treatment interest, timing and how someone found you, captured on the first call, remove a whole round of callbacks.

Common calls

The calls it handles

Each is answered from the business knowledge you configure and lands as a call record, with a message or an appointment request alongside it.

Consultation requests
The treatment they are curious about, their availability and how they found you, logged for your coordinator.
Pricing and package questions
Answered word for word from your configured price list, or taken as a message when the answer is not configured.
Policy questions before a visit
Deposits, cancellation windows, age requirements and what to bring, straight from your business knowledge.
Rescheduling and cancellations
Captured as a message with the existing appointment details so your coordinator can act on it in one go.
Questions after a treatment
Never answered clinically. The caller is told a provider will call back, and anyone in distress is directed to their physician or emergency services.
Membership and gift card inquiries
Logged as a message with the caller's details and exactly what they asked about.

A realistic call

How a call actually goes

Friday, 7:30pm. A first-time caller pricing injectables.

  1. ReceptionistThanks for calling. How can I help?
  2. CallerHi — what do you charge for lip filler?
  3. ReceptionistFiller treatments start at three hundred and fifty dollars per syringe, and the plan itself is agreed at consultation.
  4. CallerOkay. Is the consultation paid?
  5. ReceptionistIt's fifty dollars, and that comes off your treatment if you go ahead.
  6. CallerThat works. Could I come in next week?
  7. ReceptionistI can log a consultation request — which days suit you?
  8. CallerTuesday or Wednesday afternoon.
  9. ReceptionistLogged for Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon. The team will confirm a time when they call.

What gets captured

What ends up in your dashboard

  • Caller name and the number to reach them on
  • The treatment or concern they called about
  • Whether they are a new or returning client
  • Days and times that suit them, logged as a consultation request
  • How they heard about the clinic, when they mention it
  • Any policy question your configured knowledge did not cover

How it works

Evenings, weekends and overflow

Aesthetic inquiries cluster in the evening, after work and after the kids are down — precisely when a clinic desk is dark. Forward your line outside opening hours, or only when nobody picks up. Callers get their pricing and policy questions answered from what you configured, and your coordinator opens the morning with consultation requests instead of missed numbers.

Two ways to forward

Forward every call, or use conditional forwarding from your carrier so only unanswered and after-hours calls reach your Get Assistant number.

Limitations

What it will not do

These limits are deliberate, and they are the same on every call.

  • It is strictly non-clinical: no view on suitability, no discussion of results, no comment on a treatment for a specific person.
  • Questions after a treatment are logged for a provider to call back, and anyone in distress is directed to their physician or emergency services.
  • It does not confirm appointments. Consultation requests wait for your coordinator.
  • It does not take deposits, card numbers or any payment over the phone.
  • It does not discuss a client's records. On every plan, if you've set up call transfer, your receptionist can ask the caller and then attempt a warm transfer to a provider during the hours you choose. If nobody picks up, it takes a message and a callback number instead.

Call records include names, numbers and the treatment someone asked about, which callers expect to stay private — keep dashboard access tight. Calls are recorded and transcribed by default, and your greeting should carry the disclosure your state requires. Privacy Policy and Terms.

FAQs

Med spas questions

Setup, billing and security are covered in the general FAQs.

Will it give advice about a treatment?
No. It shares the service and pricing information you configure, and anything touching a specific person's suitability or results is logged for a provider to answer.
Can it take a deposit to hold a slot?
No. It never handles payment. It logs the consultation request, and your coordinator takes the deposit when they confirm.
Will it quote our prices accurately?
It repeats exactly what you configure. Anything outside that is taken as a message rather than guessed at.
What if someone calls with a concern after treatment?
It does not comment on the concern. It records what they said, flags it for a provider to call back, and points anyone in distress to their physician or emergency services.
